Kristin Padden was born in New York City and grew up in Rhode Island. She attended Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts as a member of the honors program and graduated Cum Laude with Bachelor of Arts degrees in History and Philosophy with a concentration in Law and Ethics. During college, she also lived and studied in London, England.
Following her time at Northeastern University, Ms. Padden worked as a paralegal and claims administrator specializing in asbestos mass tort litigation. It was during this time that she decided to attend law school in order to further help victims of other harmful products.
Ms. Padden attended Brooklyn Law School and, pursuing her interest in employee rights issues and worker safety standards, interned at the New York City Department of Labor Relations throughout her final year of law school.
Ms. Padden is admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey and is awaiting admission to the bar of the State of New York.
Ms. Padden is actively involved in representing individuals who have been harmed by the anti-psychotic drug Seroquel, the Kugel Hernia Patch, Yaz, Yasmin and Ocella birth control pills, the osteoporosis drug Fosamax, as well as assisting in several other mass tort litigations.
